The Process
Step One: On-Boarding and Foundational Research
We’ll send over an onboarding guide and set up your kick-off call. This 45-minute session will set the stage for your success, as we align goals, learn about your business and audience, and develop the best path forward. Leading up to the call, we’ll start the foundational research needed to get your project started on the right foot.

Step Two: One-on-One Consultations
Over the course of three hour-long strategy sessions, we’ll dive deep into the needs of your customers, define the impact created by your solution, and build a brand message, positioning, and more that turns those insights into a clear, concise way to communicate with your audience.
Step Three: Your Brand Message Blueprint
Within a week of our final consultation call, we’ll deliver your Brand Message Blueprint, full of the message and brand work we did together, along with additional tools, insights, and how-tos to help you get even more from the work we did together.
A few days after delivery, we’ll have one last strategy call to review your blueprint together, answer any last questions, and make sure you have everything you need to confidently start putting your new messaging into practice.
