Mike’s business was doing well. Even without marketing help, it was going to continue to go well. But “good enough” wasn’t good enough; Mike wanted to grow his business to the next level.
His goal was simple: Level up his brand, create a more powerful message, and start attracting higher level investors. However, as a real estate investment company, there are rules dictating how he can (and cannot) promote his business. Any strategy created had to work around those limitations, without sacrificing the end goal of getting more clients.
Something Had to Change
Mike needed a marketing strategy that would guide him to that next level. He contacted Margo to see what it might look like to work together, and how a brand and marketing strategy could help him reach his goal.
However–Mike had worked with marketing strategists before. He had big, clunky documents filled with recommendations, and they were useless. He couldn’t do anything with them. What he needed was something actionable. Something he could actually use to grow his business.

Six Weeks of Sessions
Over the course of six weeks, we worked with Mike on his brand message, his content and lead generation strategies, his overall web presence, and how he was using social media.
We delivered a marketing strategy that was designed to help Mike meet (and exceed) his business goal, including six months of weekly strategy and a bonus strategy call six months after our last meeting, to check in and provide any additional support or advice needed at that time.

Results
At our six-month check-in, Mike spoke about the exciting new changes within his company. By implementing some of our strategy, he was so busy with new opportunities that some of the larger parts of his strategy took a little longer to implement. He’s since finished implementing almost everything, from a crisp new website to a stronger lead generation process.
